With excellent and always repeatable results. Perfect cooking, on the inside and the outside of the food, enhancing flavour and fragrance in every recipe.
OVEN DOOR
Treated with advanced technology that makes it thermo-reflecting, the internal glass door to the oven is low-E, ensuring notable energy saving. Ultra-thin metal oxide strips are set inside the glass during manufacturing process to increase the reflecting capabilities for part of the infrared radiation generated by the heating elements in the oven. This results in lower heat loss, with better insulation and a lower external temperature.
INNER GLASS DOOR
All in tempered glass and resistant to high temperatures, it is a single, perfectly flat plate, without edges or narrow openings for grease or powder to accumulate in. This makes it easier to clean.
ELECTRONIC TEMPERATURE CONTROL
Electronic control minimises swings in temperature during the cooking process, ensuring constant heat and a repeatable result every time.
ENERGY CLASS
Ariston ovens reach excellent levels of energy efficiency, that once again demonstrate notable attention to the environment. Thanks to electronic control of the heating and fan elements, the fan system and more efficient oven insulation, Ariston class A+ ovens boast energy savings of 23% compared to a class A oven.
ASSISTED CYCLES
The semi-automatic cycles suggest essential cooking parameters and guide the user in the choice of best temperature and shelf setting for the food, for perfect results every time. The temperatures and cooking times suggested by the oven can easily be modified.
STAIN-PROOF STEEL
The steel finish has a stain-proof and fingerprint resistance finish: even when it is used on a daily basis, the product will always be clean and the surface gleaming and bright.
MULTI-FLOW TECHNOLOGY
A cutting edge fan system with optimised rear panel for optimal distribution of heat flow inside the oven , without recirculation areas. The even circulation of air in all directions and electronic control guarantee extraordinary cooking of the food all over, on shelves in the oven.
CATALYTIC CLEANING
The self-cleaning system guarantees perfect results with no effort and no detergents. The inside walls of the oven are covered by special panels treated with microporous enamel that, through a catalytic oxidation process, captures the grease evaporated during the cooking process.
AUTOMATIC COOKING AND MANUAL PROGRAMMES FOR PERFECT RESULT
AUTOMATIC COOKING: based on patented technology,The automatic programmes use the perfect cooking settings for your preselected recipe. MANUAL PROGRAMMES: it is possible to change the pre-set temperature between 40C and 250C according to your choice. Ariston ovens also allow to cook at low temperatures: a professional way of cooking to create healthy, light and tasty dishes.
TELESCOPIC GUIDES
Telescopic guides, functional and practical for gliding and supporting the drip tray when it is removed from the oven, makes control even easier and safer while cooking.
SAFETY
Ariston has equipped its ovens with state-of-the-art safety devices, which mean that they are always safe to use. Thanks to the Dual Flow System, the oven door never reaches a high temperature, during standard cooking, the door temperature will never be higher than 35°, and during the self-cleaning programme it remains at 60°, some 10° lower than models with traditional ventilation systems.
SAME DIMENSION, BIGGER CAPACITY
While maintaining the same external dimensions and the same oven width opening of 60 cm, new Ariston ovens guarantee greater versatility for using the oven, thanks to exceptional capacity: up to 73 l and 71 l, approximately 20% more room, with the option of positioning the grills on 5 different cooking shelves.
GREY CAVITY
The cavities of Ariston ovens are grey, a lighter colour which improves visibility inside the oven during cooking, making it easier to check the progress of your dishes.
