PROBE
Ariston steam ovens engineered with a special temperature probe, that allows constant monitoring of your food’s internal temperature. Helping you to avoid overcooking or risking undercooking, and ensures a complete and constant cooking control, also on the inside of food.
COMBI STEAM
Thanks to combi-steam mode, consumers will always get perfect results and all the foods cooked will preserve their nutrients. A single appliance combines traditional cooking with steam that is injected into the cavity through an external steam generator. By alternating phases of traditional and combined modes, this cooking method allows the user to gently cook without altering food and it also guarantees crunchiness on the outside and softness on the inside.
ASSISTED MODE
By selecting from the numerous pre-set recipes, Ariston steam oven automatically adjusts all the cooking settings or sometimes offers instruction for you to prepare your dishes in optimal results.
STEAM DEFROST
Steam Defrost gently and efficiently defrost without losing integrity or natural goodness. It is ideal for defrosting meat, poultry, fish, vegetables, bread and fruit.
STEAM OVEN
Perfect for preserving the nutrition content of your food, the Luce steam oven cooks at just 100° and in less time. Its elegant design means that fits harmoniously in every space.
